Return & Exchange Policy
Important Protection Clause
1. No Return on Customized Products
Since all T-shirts are made-to-order and customized, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected
- Spelling approved by customer
- Personal preference
Please check size chart carefully before ordering.
2. Eligible for Replacement (Only If):
Wrong product delivered
Damaged product received
Manufacturing defect
Print error caused by our team
3. Replacement Conditions
- • Complaint must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- • Clear unboxing video is mandatory
- • Product must be unused, unwashed, with original packaging
- Without unboxing video, claims will not be entertained.
4. Size Exchange Policy
- • Customer informs within 48 hours
- • Product is unused
- • Customer bears reverse shipping charges
- • New product will be re-printed (customized products are not restocked)
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only if replacement is not possible or the order is cancelled before production.
Refunds credited within 5–7 working days
